SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to Covid-19 our team is taking every precaution to avoid contact, or exposure to, or of any germs. Therefore, our timelines for safety are now, 5 to 7 business days, in an effort to provide our customers and team the safest of measures. This timeline does not include the postal service's transport time. please refer to tracking.
Once a customer's order has been processed with 3 to 5 business days, the order will be finalized and pre-shipped. The product is packaged and arrangements with one of several postal services will receive tracking information on your intended item. Once a customer tracking information of an item, and it is mailed, it is insured and in the care of the postal service. The said items, or packages can be tracked using gps bar codes within the label. We ask that you allow the postal service to assist you, with lost or misplaced items, before contacting Seasons Kiss.
If for any reason you have not received the correct or, each individual circumstance will be evaluated by our Seasons Kiss team and if found to be in error, the error will be corrected within 48 hours, and mailed under the same time restraints as normal deliveries 3to 5 business days.
